"Their website states that General Tso's chicken chef specialty plate is $7.20, but I was charged $12 and pointed to an apparently updated menu, which didn't help for call-in ordering. Then when I got the box out of the very messy bag from the sauce leaking all over (not a big deal), I'm almost positive they gave me pork instead of chicken. There's much better Chinese around."

"We chose this restaurant for our random open table date nite because of the unique menu and great selection of crabs. It turned out that they were from King and Dungeon's crab and had only Snow Crab. We really wanted Dungeons, but went ahead with Snow Crab and we were pleasantly surprised how delicious they were. The Cajun spices are delicious and the legs were perfectly cooked. Each piece broke out easily from the shell. We look forward to trying a combination of crabs and scallops on our next trip."

"Well, I have been recommended this place by many, and I do highly appraise the over stuffed poboy. I got a 14” combo poboy, and I had alot of food. It was good, but very bland. I had to drown my poboy in Tobasco (as you can see) in order to have some type of flavor. As I'm not from New Iberia, if I'm in the area I'd just keep going to Lafayette or will eat poboys in New Orleans/Houma. "This is great and messy (the lb of shrimp with seasoning). Just as expected. Great patio on a warm winter day. Staff was great. As to the food, the fried gator bites were terrific. The classical Louisiana seasoning shrimp were excellent. I recommend this low key neighborhood restaurant. "Sage is the best. We are so happy that they are open again after the post 'rona virus rediculousness. Their salads are ALWAYS fresh (which is unfortunately hard to find at most restaurants).
