"I have been coming to the drive-through at this Burger King for about two years now. Recently, a new person started serving me in the mornings. Her name is Allison. I’ve seen her twice. The first time I ordered the two for five dollar S/E/C special she challenged me on the special asking me over and over. Do you have the coupon? I said no I’m looking at the screen. She finally rang it up correctly, and I got my food. Today she challenged me again finally rang it up correctly I get to the window and then give me one sausage egg, and cheese croissant. I went inside and said that this is the second time that she has challenged me on getting the special, and the manager Becca comes out and tells me that I should stop being rude to her manager, and that she’s the general manager and I said I’m just expressing dissatisfaction at the way I’ve been treated the last two times I just try to get the special. The manager then yelled at me and and stormed into the back of the store—anyone watching the film would see her throw her hands up into the air while yelling. Customer Service currently is terrible; before it’s been wonderful."
