"I have been to this place at least 50 times, but mostly to get to-go orders for lunch. Some days it 's packed, some days are not. Some days the lines are long and tedious. It can be a chore especially if you 're with a bunch of customers who display or try to carry this attitude of as if they 're superior or something I just can 't be bothered to fathom. Hey, this is New York, we can 't possibly be generally looking similar or something. Don 't bother showing up, as you 're not certainly special. Leave that attitude in the toilet, if you will. It 's a good deal, overall, after all my rants above. LoL!"

"I visited this location on a casual Sunday afternoon, hoping for a break from the usual Chop't experience. There was no line and the restaurant was empty, perfect for getting in and out on a working weekend. I ordered the Fish Taco warm bowl as my first experience with SweetGreen. The prep was quick and the server was pleasant enough. Unfortunately that is all of the positives I can really say about the experience. The greens and cabbage were unremarkable and with no real distinction from similar salad places. The hot sauce and cilantro jalapeno vinaigrette added a much needed kick of flavor to the bowl. The most disappointing aspect of the meal however was the paltry amount of roasted Steelhead (salmon's sustainable cousin) provided; roughly one to two ounces at best. As a whole the serving size of the salad in general was quite small compared to other eateries, if not for the quinoa I would venture to say that the salad would have been unsatisfying. With the whole meal clocking in at a whopping $13.48, I have to say that the whole meal was not worth the price tag. Long story short: Not worth the cost, if you want similar flavor with a more reasonable price tag look into another establishment. If you want to Insta your lunch and tell your followers about your responsibly raised and sourced meal; this is your place. Overall: 4 on the salad/ 2 on the price tag; solid 3."

"It was OK until i got to check out someone else was ahead of me so it was fine but my salad was already done and they just processed the first person before me and left me standing there waiting to pay I understand that they served that person before me but if you see someone standing there waiting to pay why wouldn't you take care of them as well? then when I asked for a bag they gave me a bag with a missing handle I asked for a new one and they said all of them broke bs there were plenty of them sitting on the counter they just didn't want to give me a new one plus I've been to another location and I've received the bag with both handles and they've given me another one when I've asked it's not a big deal it just didn't make sense. The pro was that the wait wasn't long"

One in particular is a guy named Prince, it our first time there he was kind to U.S. helped us pick a good warm bowl. Which was very nice and kind of him. "I enjoy the shroomami warm bowl from Sweetgreen. I typically add blackened chicken for additional protein. Today, I was a couple of bites into my bowl when I realized there was absolutely no chicken. Mind you this is during my 30 minute work break, and I tried calling the location to figure out what my options are before I continue eating the bowl since they messed up my order. The phone line is an automated system that doesn’t even have an option to talk to someone in person or an option to let them know that they messed up your order. Very disappointed that I had to spend my entire break attempting to navigate their system. It’s been more than 15 minutes and still haven’t received a call.Store manager are you guys going to refund my additional charge for the chicken that was missing? What the hell?"

"This is what I received from sweetgreen for my DoorDash order. From this store location when I ordered 45 minutes near closing time. This is literally disgusting. The food looks eaten out of. It came cold. It came with literally 2 pieces of potato. I ordered a double order of chicken and received one serving. This is definitely disgusting, don’t order from here if it’s near closing time. First and last time eating at this location, I ate from a different location the other day and had no problems. They will give you pet food leftovers of a meal. DO YOUR JOB properly. If the store doesn’t close until 9:30PM then you give QUALITY FOOD until that time. Don’t ever play in my face, with my food or my money. Then didn’t even include utensils when I clearly asked to include utensils. Does this look like finger food??? I’m so confused"

"THIS LOCATION CLOSES EARLY and MISSES INGREDIENTS!! The first time I came to this location, my order was missing FOUR ingredients, some of which I paid extra for. The wait was also insanely long. I came again last night and the doors were already locked at 7:48, 12 minutes before closing time. "Great place for a healthy and delicious meal. The staff was super friendly and kind. You can make substitutions and ask for dressing on the side if you want. They were out of avocados but she was super nice about it. They even brought some water out for me when they realized I was dining in. A lot of people order it to go or online for pickup. "Had a weirdly passive-aggressive and rude experience here that completely bewildered me.The staff were all busy preparing online orders and there was no one taking orders for the people in line. (It was just me and one person behind me.)There was a giant industrial-sized air conditioner/fan unit (the size of a large wardrobe) at the front of the line, blasting air straight into the faces/eyes of anyone standing there, so I moved a little further away from it (but still at the counter) while I was waiting for someone to be ready to take a new order.Someone finally arrived and then scolded me for not standing in the correct place (even though it had been several minutes of waiting with no staff around to take orders, and the line consisted of only me and one other person) and when I explained that I had simply moved out of the blast-zone of the fan because it had blown a piece of debris into my eye, they were very sarcastic and rude, so I decided to just leave.Most disappointing experience at a Sweetgreen ever. Much better to go to a different location. I’ve had really pleasant interactions at other locations, even if it’s just a simple smile or kind tone of voice."

"This location needs to do better. I got a salad here today, and the staff members were courteous, and they smiled...I gave 2 stars for that. Otherwise, I would have given zero stars!!! When I tasted the salad...I was immediately turned off because it's gritty, and that says the greens are not clean enough. ? This is not the sweetgreen standard.
