"We came on NYE and the restaurant was half empty. The service was TERRIBLE. We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation. We had to flag down a waiter to take our order after we had been seated for 20 minutes. Our actual waitress came by our table one time for a few seconds and never returned. Our water glasses were not refilled. No one came by to ask if we wanted something else to drink. It was an hour and a half after our reservation and we still hadn’t received our food. We had other plans that evening and again had to flag someone down to bring our bill. The level of service was shockingly terrible and this was a huge waste of time."
