"This restaurant has been steadily going downhill. My colleague asked if a dish was spicy, and was told it wasn't. It turned out to be very spicy and the dish was inedible. The waitress still charged for it, and it was only when threatened to have a manager come over, did she remove it from the bill. The minestrone soup tasted canned. Bland, with no herbs or spices. Another member ordered a wedge salad with the traditional bleu cheese dressing, and asked for a side of ranch also. The waitress brought a side of ranch only with no other , and then argued with the patron. Another patron had much the same experience with one of their dishes. I paid my bill in cash and my change was never returned. It wasn't enough to bother arguing over. I guess the waitress felt it was her due for her terrible service. That's probably the only way she receives tips; is by not returning change. We won't be returning."
