"I used to order from this place when it was called Penelope's so I decided to give Rony's a try. I ordered a large plain pizza for take out. That's it. A simple order. Got the pizza burned. Took it back inside to get my money back. Was offered another large plain that was already in another box, but I didn't want it. (How long has it been sitting there? Who knows, who cares The owner, I'm guessing, starts talking back to me when I simply stated I wanted my money back. Mind you, I was not being hostile at all. He just didn't want to waste money and throw out the pizza. Maybe don't burn the pizza for your customers next time. So get this, he said it was my fault and that I should've asked for a lightly cooked pizza. Really? You mean that I have to call and order a lightly cooked pizza every time because you don't know how to make pizzas? So, please tell me, who calls and orders a burned pizza? Instead of apologizing, he keeps running his mouth and tells me how he has lots of customers (yet his parking lot is empty). I feel sorry for the fools who order anything from this dirty pizza place. By the way, what do you think he did with the burned pizza he gave me after I returned it? Do you think he threw it out? Nope! He put it on top of his oven and will probably try to pass it off on the next customer. I wouldn't give Rony's pizza to a starving rat, it's that bad."

"We made a reservation and arrived on time, but no one acknowledged us. Finally, the manager looked at us and asked if we were waiting for a table. After waiting for 20 more minutes and at least six different staff members passing by us, we decided to leave. We never had the opportunity to taste the food, and we would not return due to the poor experience."

"Had Dinner with my family I have to say the staff is amazing 1. Steak was tough and dry. We order it with squid ink pasta Pasta was amazing 2. Fettuccine Alfredo was very good. But I got it with salmon The salmon was not a good cut of fish. It looked likethe salmon you get in the bag at Walmart. The settings was beautiful staff was amazing wine was good. Fine tune a few things andit will be a 5 star review"

"we moved to florida and wanted to get a good NY pizza before we go and my friend found this place, he took a quick disc and came to home raving about it! So we ordered the Wednesday Sicilian cake special, oh young it was one of the best I ever had! it was very lit not too thick the sose is delicious I like extra sosse perfect amount cheese, the crust was crispy, but glowed as a spring! "Order lunch from this place periodically. The food is not consistent. Sometimes it is amazing, sometimes it’s just alright.One somewhat annoying part is that you don’t always get charged the same price for the same thing. Sometimes it is about a $1 or $2 more than in the menus. Not a huge deal, but it is kind of annoying. You don’t know if the person overcharging you by mistake, because they don’t remember the correct price or if that’s done on purpose. A $1 or 2 on a $10 order is 10-20% difference. Other than that, this place is OK for occasional ordering."

"I hosted my daughter's party at this restaurant last year and it was a hit. We decided to have her party there again today. All the guests enjoyed the food and I made sure to recommend this place to everyone. This time, I opted for delivery and the lady who delivered the food was so kind. She even chatted with us about dog biscuits, which was unexpected but nice. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and overall it was a great experience."

"The food is amazing. Crave-worthy even. But I’ve learned that if you’re going to place an order for delivery, give them at least an hour and half to deliver it. I’m not sure why it always takes so long but we’ve waited as long as two hours to get our food. It’s well worth the wait; the food is delicious, but don’t wait until you’re hungry to order. Give it some time."

"Tonight asked for delivery, and OMG... the food was amazing! For this time of year I was shocked to see so juicy red delicious tomatoes on our sandwich. When ordering, the woman asked me exactly how I wanted to make my sandwich because she was insecure what was a grunder, it was delivered exactly as ordered and was great! "My go to pizza spot. I don't like the name, (NYPD... in Philly?! but I can overlook it. If you're looking for the fancy trendy stuff with weird toppings and cute interior decor, this ain't it. "The BACON EGGFAST BURGER didn't have bacon. The meat was over cooked and tasted like the burgers at circle K. It was fine, but not for the price. The BACON EGGFAST PIZZA was better, but the crust was tough. I think there was maybe three pieces of bacon on the whole pizza. I wouldnt recommend eating here."

"This place has the best subs in Harford Co. The rest of their food is decent, but the subs are where they shine. I think it's the bread. These people work HARD, and you can tell by the demeanor that they are exhausted. The people are nice, but they aren't like cheery Chik-fil-a nice. You'll get a monotone what can I do for ya and unenthusiastic thanks but that's about it. No warm fuzzies, but honestly I don't care because the food is hot and good. You should eat here!!"

"Wow, hold on a second. I couldn't help but notice that there are actual Italians working in this restaurant. It certainly seems that way to me. These individuals managed to replace Little Caesars (thank goodness!) and we ended up making a great spur-of-the-moment decision to try out some delicious and authentic cuisine. I've been to Italy once before, and these calzones really hit the spot. The service was friendly and overall it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant may not be fancy or very large, but the flavors were fantastic. The person sitting next to me, who seemed like a pizza connoisseur, even went up to the register to proclaim that it was the best pizza he had ever tasted. The garlic bread and knots were also exceptional. I can't wait to come back and try out their pastas next time."

"I normally really like dining here but tonight has me wondering if I'll return any time soon. We had reservations and waited an acceptable time. After we were sat we were not approached by the waitstaff for over 20 minutes. What made it worse was tables that came in after us were waited on and received drinks before we were approached. If this was my first experience, it would have been my last. Everything went well once we were waited on and the food was great as usual. It just put a damper on the evening."

"they have a vegetarian section on the menu that contains choices between mosquito, tofu and sweet dishes. most of all is vegan, except for everything that is deep fried, which has in it for brothtime. However, on request they cannot bread/frühling. we have the veggie chicken of general tao dissatisfied and the spicy aubergine. and the vegetarian knödel as an appetizer. everything was very delicious. highly recommended!"
