"My husband and I were in the mood for a good burger when we made a reservation at Napkin Burger. We both ordered the truffle burger. They came exactly as ordered. We were happily eating them until we both bit into somethin hard. We spit out the offending bits only to find it was bone. We each had a nasty piece of bone! We called the waitperson over who seemed dismayed and said she'd show the bones to the manager. We carefully finished our burgers. We heard nothing from the manager. We asked our server who was puzzled but went to find the manager. She reported back. She said the meat was ground fresh daily and what we had found in our burgers was gristle. Now, did he really think we couldn't tell the difference between gristle and hard bone? Moreover his answer was a non answer. When the meat is ground is not the issue. He never once came over to say sorry. We weren't asking for any accommodation. We just wanted it noted but a good manager should have come over to, at the very least, apologize. And as an aside, a friend in the restaurant business said Napkin Burger gets it's ground beef from Pat La Frieda and doesn't grind it daily themselves. This is poor management on several levels. Be careful if you eat there."

"I’m so glad we wound up stopping here because the other place we were going to was closed. I love oldschool diners, especially the outdated roadside Americana ones with steel exteriors…. But they almost never have anything vegan. This place has an entirely separate vegan menu, where just about every diner classic is accounted for. The food was fantastic, and so was the overall vibe of the space."

"One of the most surprisingly delicious dining experiences I’ve had in recent memory! Who knew that one of the most exciting gourmet restaurants in Miami would be hidden in the suburbs of West Kendall? Great service, great menu, great food, all in an intimate setting. From the homemade bread dip to the Tuna Tartare (with just the right amount of spice! , to the Crabmeat Corn Soup, which was thick with fresh delicious crabmeat (yum! . The main course of Rack of Lamb was both plentiful delicious so artful in presentation that I couldn’t help but snap a photo! The rest of my party also enjoyed their Filet Mignon Fish entrees (all generous portions . We capped off our meal with a delicious homemade chocolate brownie ice cream indulgence which we washed down with a satisfying cup of cappuccino. The only disappointing part of our dining experience was that it came to an end! But this will soon be rectified by our next trip to Chef Adrianne’s, where we can’t wait to experience more of the gastronomic treats created by their brilliant chefs...Bravo!!"

"Placed an order for one salad. Came 30 mins after placing and it still wasn't ready. Waited another 10 minutes after arriving. They had one girl working carryout and she was trying but overwhelmed. She yelled at the kitchen 4 times for my salad. I felt bad for her and tipped well. They just need more help like ever where else."

"So we’ve been coming here for quite some time. It’s a nice Coney Island and the food is really good! But, yesterday was exceptional! My partner ordered a chicken fajita wrap and the waitress misheard him (it does get loud in there with all the guests) but, brought him a grilled chicken pita. My partner was nervous to return it cause we don’t like to do that. But the waitress (don’t know her name but she’s slender, blonde hair wears a few gold necklaces) was super cool and apologized and made it correct. On top of that when we were leaving she brought over a free dessert to go, which was really tasty! I’m posting because I should have posted awhile ago! We always have great service and the food, like I said Is really good! The chicken noodle soup is some of the best I’ve had, better than “fancier” restaurants! We will be coming here again and again!"

"We are from the UK and drove route 66. We were recommended Mel's drive in by Laura from the Santa Monica Motel, which turned out to be a great recommendation. It is an authentic American Diner, with a route 66 twist to it. The place was spotless, the service was good and the food was hot and plentiful. What more can you ask for? Oh yes a retro juke box and they have one of those too LOL!"

"We went for Sunday breakfast. The parking lot was full. The restaurant followed social distancing rules (every other table closed), so even though the available seats were mostly full, we didn't have to wait for a table. Victoria provided excellent service. Our coffee cups and water glasses were always filled. The food arrived quickly. We didn't have to wait long for the bill either. It wasn't until we noticed how much the staff was coughing that we realized they were short-staffed. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We were happy we chose Leo's."

"Classic Diner with tons of options at all hours of the day! Very pleased with the eggs of Benedikt, which is a sanctuary of mine. Coffee is good, staff is friendly, and the menu is comprehensive. I am here twice for breakfast and once only for cake, this place is definitely not disappointed. If you are interested in breakfast / brunch at the weekend try to come here early because there is a line at 10 a.m. There are many outdoor seats, some shaded and some not, depending on your preferences."

"The food was good. No issues with food. The service was horrible. The wait was so long and my wife was pregnant. She started to feel Hypoglycemic.
