"I have been going to glorias for a long time. Not once have I had bad service via phone, pick up, or delivery. Today 4 14 22. Was the worst. 11:15 am I ordered antipasto salad and a drink. I ordered early because my lunch is at 12 noon. Woman on the phone told me 45 minutes. I was ok with the time frame. 12:15 rolls around, 12:30, 12:40, 12:45 no delivery. I called Gloria's, same woman who took my order answered tge phone. Informed her to cancell my order cause my lunch was over. Driver came informed the driver I canceled the order cause my lunch was over. I called them back wanting an explanation why it took an hour and a half for my delivery. Because we had two drivers. That's not the issue. She was going to transfer me to the owner. I hung up. Woman on the other end was rude, and no help in resolving the situation.I enjoy glorias, that's why I gave it a 4 star. Never had issues. Mike is always friendly, helpful. He compliments his staff. I like to see and hear. Today was the worst ever. The woman in the phone was rude"
