"First, I want to emphasize that the service was excellent tonight. The Parmesan garlic fries were truly delightful. However, someone really needs to reevaluate the burger priced at $7. It was a small, tough piece of meat that was chewy and flavorless. The sad, wilted salad on the side and the tiny slice of tomato looked as if it had been sitting around for days. I understand that a chili restaurant may not be known for its burgers, but they claim to have recently started serving them. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail. Seriously, as an owner or manager, one should take a moment to consider whether they would personally pay $7 for that burger if it were served to them. They should look at the competition nearby and ask themselves why customers would choose to buy a burger from Gold Star."
