Within the first 5 seconds of the phonecall it was IMMEDIATELY apparent that the girl who answered the phone did not understand English. I had to repeat “chicken parmesan sub” 3—4 times, correcting her until it (seemed) that she finally understood. I do not have a thick accent, was sitting in a quiet room.
