"Slices are filling and service is fast and friendly... as for the discs. the dough is dense, so expect a heavy slice. Kruste is not thick, but also dense.. The dough is resistant to chewing. Sauce is wet and on saucy side... but not as tasty as I want. Cheese is abundant with beautiful train and chewing. I filled mine with some pepper flakes and oregano and it tasted perfect. Pro Tip: Ask for lunch special: 2 slices and a can soda $6."

"The food, service, and ambiance were all fantastic. It was my wife's birthday, and the entire staff stopped by to wish her a happy birthday. She was even given a complimentary cannoli with "happy birthday" written on the plate. We felt like we were part of their family that evening. They did a great job."

"This diner is fantastic! It's clean, respected, and overall very pleasant. The omelette could have had a bit more bacon, but the service was extremely quick and the portion size was perfect. "Gola Restaurant used to offer delicious food and excellent service in a secluded location. We used to enjoy bringing our family and visiting friends here. However, during our recent visit, we booked an early reservation to accommodate our young child's bedtime. Despite arriving for a 6:00 dinner, we were not served until 7:45pm, while our daughter was exhausted and upset. Our waitress checked on us multiple times to apologize for the delay. We ended up having to pack up our food and leave after waiting 105 minutes. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

"I am glad this diner is open 24 hours a day. If you come here for breakfast it is better than most diners. The breakfasts food comes out hot and quick. If you want the best value for dinner come here between 3 pm and 6 pm for the Early Bird. Decent selection of meals for the early bird with the choice of soup or salad. The best part of the Early Bird is the free slice of cake valued at about $7.95 per slice. The early bird meals range from 8.95 to about 12.95. Excellent desserts and this brings value to the experience. As far as service, it 's diner service. This place overall is very clean and it shows. The owner Kevin and John do a nice job managing this place."

"Came to Girardi 's last night. I only looked at Google reviews briefly before coming and saw the 4.4 rating, which is usually good enough. I wish I had also checked Yelp before coming, where they are a 3.6, which is more accurate, in my opinion. Service was extremely slow. We waited an unusually long time to be seated, and we waited a long time to place our order. It then took a very long time to actually get our food. The porchetta was room temp, not hot at all (they did comp us this dish was was kind of them). The eggplant parm was really good. Atmosphere was not great as we were seated right by the chilly entry way and bathrooms, which was totally disconnected from the main dining area. Don 't sit in this area if you can help it. We felt like we had to flag staff down for everything, including getting our bill."

"Steve 's Place. Don 't expect 'real ' italian or even NYC italian... I think of this as 'california italian '. I have been eating lunch at Lorna 's for about thirteen years now. I don 't get there as often as I used to when I worked in the UTC area... but this little place is somthing special. The food is always good, The prices are good for the quality and quantity. When my daughter was born and we had to remain in the hospital for several days, my best friend offered to bring us a meal. Yep, Lorna 's tagliatelle bolognese (my favorite! . I think i 've tried everything on the menu over the years,and many many specials... never walked away hungry and NEVER had a bad dish."

"CONS: We were pretty excited to try this place out...what a let down. We felt like maybe our waitress didn't want us as a table? She hardly came to us, and left us for long stretches. After we ordered, we heard the table next to us(a different waitress) get offered a special appetizer. We would have loved to order that. AND they were offered Swordfish and a duck special, that we would have also ordered if we had known about it. Plus, she asked us if we wanted her to bring more bread, and we said sure. She never came back again until we received our dinners, with no bread. She left us for so long between stretches, that I gave her my credit card before any mention of the bill, because we didn't want to have to wait for fifteen minutes for her to bring the bill to the table. It was still quit a long wait. PROS: What we ordered was pretty good. My husband got the short ribs, which were a little fatty, but tasted very good. I ordered the Sorrentino veal, which tasted great. The food itself was not the problem."
