"Followed their voicemail prompt to download the app and use promo code ?Easy? for 25% off first order. The code didn?t apply and when I called the store to ask about the issue, mgmt said they can?t honor the discount for app errors. I already placed theorder for the large Hulu award pizza through the app and tried to use the $3 off coupon that was mailed to me (since 25%wouldn?t work) and mgmt also decline to honor that coupon because I didn?t order the smaller medium size. Seriously MasterPizza? ..Was always my go-to for parties at our house. Why stay loyal with poor customer service?"
