"I ordered through doordash. When the order arrived it was wrong. I called the store and spoke to a Very Rude manager named Sandra. She told me that I was wrong and received what I ordered. I asked for no mushrooms and extra spinach on one order and it came loaded with mushrooms. I used to love this place but my experience today and the rudeness of the manager have left a bitter taste in my mouth."

"Good food for a chain, actually far above average. I don't know if they're all so good, because that's the only one I've done. I gave four stars because I ordered online when they first opened (10:30) said I would pick it up in an hour. When I asked about 11:20 after the order, the polite and friendly young lady at the reception went down a long series of neglected order intakes and said it had just come. To her credit, I was out there by 11:30 with the complete order. I also noticed that not one of the food preparations or food bagers wore gloves. Not a big deal for me, but it seemed unusual for a food service company nowadays."

"It has been a while since I have been to this particular store. Where to start. It was dirty. The soda fountain was broken. Portion size is smaller. No paper towels in the toilet, even though a worker was in there before me replacing toilet paper. Bathroom was dirty. Not a good experience"

"Ordered the beef stroganoff, it was tasty but the price for the bowl was a lot for the size you get. It was $14.95 for a beef stroganoff and a water cup. The staff was very nice, although I didn’t receive a receipt. If I was to come back I definitely would ask for a receipt. And I probably wouldn’t order this stroganoff."

"This restaurant is definitely a fun place to visit if you're looking to try something different. They offer a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines. I highly recommend trying the Korean beef noodles or the Japanese pan noodles. "The fast food pasta was tasty. When they began to close, we decided to sit outside. However, we were disappointed to find broken concrete covering the terrace and dried sauce on the tables. It seemed as though the outdoor area had not been cleaned in days. Our experience was further soured when the Counter Guy refused to give water cups to three teenagers who had arrived on bicycles. We overheard him saying to his staff, "now you have seen my dark side." Due to these issues, we will not be returning to this restaurant."

"has to give a big scream to chesterfield michigan noodles company! I have two bowls, one was wonderful, one was not on the spot. they call the load and have a stop from the assistent she said no problem at all and offered me a card for a replacement. I mentioned that I could stop, she agreed. in which load stopped, they have re-enacted the bowl for me at the place and given me a card for another free bowl. While I was there, the general manager met, he was very kind, apologise, and said he was glad that the assistent manager could take care of my thing! They stand behind their product, have a nice choice, and eating when properly done is very good! thank you and company! good work!"

"One of my children decided to take me to lunch and we decided on Noodles and company, all this time and I had never been. I really haven't been big on pasta, however on this visit I wasn't sure what looked good, so I asked the gentleman at the counterwhat he thought, I said as long as it has lots of vegetables. "This restaurant deserves recognition! Our group of 20 arrived unexpectedly on August 13, 2022, and despite some confusion with orders, the staff served us well and were extremely kind. They were busy and handling a lot of orders, with 2 more large groups coming in after us. Despite the hectic night, they paid attention to the quality of the orders and worked as quickly as possible. I hope they receive recognition for their hard work. I wanted to leave a $15-20 tip, but unfortunately, I didn't have cash on me. I hope the rest of the night calmed down for them."
