"Pizza took very nearly 2 hours to arrive and when we called to ask about the status the clerk was very rude and unhelpful. They were short staffed, but that does not excuse poor customer service. It sounds like Marco's needs to offer more to delivery drivers because they can't hire enough of them. Marco's corporate desperately needs to address this location. They need friendlier people and more of them. The order was placed at 6:23, and at 7:09 the app said it was on the way. It did not arrive until 8:03. The pizza was not as cold as I'd have expected, but it wasn't exactly hot. Amazing this establishment has been allowed to get this bad."
