"The customer service at this restaurant is terrible and unwelcoming, making it difficult to enjoy a good meal. The food, however, is amazing. Unfortunately, the last time I visited, I received small portions and felt unwelcome. The young lady at the register, as well as another Asian lady, were very rude. I now prefer to order my food over the phone and pick it up because I feel that my portion sizes and overall food quality are not given as much attention as others. Thank you for the good food, but the customer service needs improvement. It is important not to bring personal issues to the workplace, as customers expect good service. Thank you for the great breakfast sandwich."
