"Parked and waited 15 minutes for my order (no problem) they forgot the statements I asked (what was not upset), so I pulled back and let them know on the speaker. They hired me to move forward and then left me behind another car waiting for another 10-12 minutes, which was a problem bc the food I ordered was cold and soggy. I called twice to recommend that they park the car in front of me (as they had done to me), so that I could get the spices that they forget and go, but they wouldn't answer even though it wasn't busy. When I finally got into the window, I just wanted a refund. They stood and talked for a few minutes after I returned the food with my receipt and card. After a further 5-10 minutes they wait again with the copy of my original receipt and my card, but nothing shows a refund. The girl that seemed to be the manager with reddish hair, said they had to keep the refund receipt. In which retail scenario do you not provide proof of a refund and expect the customer to be okay with it? I insisted on a copy of the refund document. After some tight back and forth I finally got it, but it shouldn't have been so difficult. Super disappointed."
