"Today, I treated myself to Panda Express, which I haven't done in a while. I love their chow mein and teriyaki chicken. However, the food at this location was not as good as the one back in Metairie, LA. The chicken was overcooked and the noodles were dry. I also tried the Crab Rangoon, which was extremely hard. I arrived at the opening time of 10:30 am, but all the food was not ready. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was clean. However, I will not be eating at this location again."

"the place is always busy and the line moves slowly. I'm getting the floor of the barrel. lo my order with orange whwn and kung pow huhn. lo my was really roasted cabbage it should also contain noodles. no oranges huh instead of double kung pow. I didn't want to complain because I wanted to eat before the breakfast."

"The Arnold location is run very poorly and inappropriately. It?s dirty 90% of the time, restrooms are disgusting and always out of soap(how are employees washing their before returning to work), employees are fully clothed sitting in the sink full of water that is meant to wash the dishes. If I could give this place no stars I would. Horribly run and terrible customer service!"

"our small child loves this place, so we've become 'usual. the personal is friendly and welcoming. the chefs at this place seem particularly good, the honeyseed and the orange chicken are at this place better than any other panda we have tried. (all is great, but they're two. they have regularly freshly brewed unsweetened tee (which seems rare for restaurants in these days tee brew mostly stopped in 2020 and some places never brought back it. This location is a cramp over other panda sites! vegetarian options: they have recently begun to make orange meatless bun and will make it on request if they have no when we visit. kid friendliness: the personal is always very sweet to our kidnapper, and we usually talk to him. restaurant is generally very child-friendly."

"Rude employees. Since when are Panda Express workers all of a sudden covid police?? As I’m ordering the worker keeps telling me to pull my mask up (it’s barely lowered down on my nose and I have glasses so I can’t tightly squeeze it onto the brim of my nose without it getting so foggy I can’t see) it’s still covering my mouth and most of my face and she was just way to rude persistent with it. Other employee at the counter treated me like a inconvenience for having cash and said “ugh now I have to re open my register” as someone who has had lots of work in food you know you dont close down ur register until close so you don’t run into those issues. Overall not a great experience. Got a small portion of chicken Bc of my ‘mask’ as well???"
