"Was a nice place to eat. No complaints. Great waiting staff and the food portions were very large. The food was better than your typical Texmex, which you get on the regular run of the mill Mexican restaurant. The portions were so large that most couples at our table share their main courses. They had the burrito and another had shrimps. Both were excellent and depicted below. They had a wide selection of margaritas, where most of them not only had a sugary lime mix that they actually had fruit juices and liqueurs. Probably my favorite part of my meal. I'd try Santa Fe Cafe."

"I visited this restaurant after the Steelers won against the Browns and on New Year's Eve. The food was good, although nothing too extraordinary. The restaurant did a great job of communicating, especially considering it was New Year's Eve. Our meal was served promptly and the server was efficient. I would recommend this place as a good spot to grab a meal before or after a Pirates or Steelers game."

"we have recently visited a national conference of around 1500 people in this hotel. I was a little skeptical as I had read the reviews. I was very happy with our room accomodations. large room, immaculate, refrigerator (that was cold) , keurig coffee machine. Maybe some of the rooms were not renovated, but ours were. only the problem was not a home economy. I was told that we had to state during the registration that we wanted the daily budget. When I found out, I informed her. but nothing happened. Luckily, in the 3rd floor, the housekeeper has provided us with clean towels and coffee and water replenishments every day when I asked. it is a perfect place for a big conference, this conference even has buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks in between. nothing beautiful, but good and far better than leaving the anwesen or standing in the line in the restaurants. we had no time to use the pool that is in the 5th floor. had a little game and had luck! Some of the meeting rooms were quite cold, so they bring a jacket they go to a conference. or go to st. vincent de paul thrift, which is 4 minutes away. this was our first trip to sparks in 25 years. we will be back and use this hotel."

"We always walk past Galae Thai and figured we’d stop by for lunch today and I’m glad we did! This restaurant usually doesn’t have a ton of people in it (due to its location, I’m sure) so there wasn’t a wait time and the food came out very fast. I ordered the Drunken Noodles and it was delicious! My hubby ordered the Galae Noodles and it was a bit similar but not as spicy and had a slight sweetness to it. Parking: Parking spots in this area are usually all taken throughout the day."

"Very convenient location downtown and love that it stays open later. My boyfriend and I got to Winston-Salem late and was looking for somewhere still open. The fact that it is in a hotel is fine but very dark lighting and loud. I got the salmon and he got the St. Louis ribs. They were cooked the way we asked but flavor was just average for the price."

"Came to The Brixton for a private event. This space is super spacious and the bar area is right in the center for maximum flow. There are 3 wraparound booths at the back and on the both sides on the wall there are more booth seating. Front has tables for 2-4 customers per table. They have these large floor to ceiling windows that open up to the street which provides some much needed ventilation (especially at the time of COVID-19). Ordered the flatbread and added grilled chicken. It was about 12 in length and 4 in width. Cut into 6 pieces. It definitely felt more like a snack/appetizer than an entree. Total came out to $24.99 for this item alone. Kind of pricey especially since the flatbread was $15 and the added chicken (which only had maybe two pieces per slice) was $7 to add on. This place also has their own helium tank so if you're hosting a private event, they can definitely help in filling up balloons! Overall, it's a nice place in the Marina District. Would I come back? Most likely not unless there was an event being hosted here."

"Usually I would give Cast Iron Grill Bar 5 stars. The food and service is usually amazing, and it is one of my most popular places to go. But I was very disappointed at Thanksgiving. Our usual traditional Thanksgiving dinner with family was called for because of an unforeseen situation. I wanted to treat my children for a nice meal. The prices were much higher and the quality was much lower. And to add insult to injury, our server (the name I?m is omitted) was terrible. She rarely came to our table; I had to ask another server for bread that is usually brought out when drinks are served. Our server told me she had been waiting for bread for a long time, but all the other tables had bread. Groups that sat after us all got their food before us. When she dropped our food, she asked if everything was good before we even had a bite. Then she never came back to check us out until we were done and waited for the check. She recommended the shed potatoes as one side, raving about how good they were. They were terrible. If she had come back earlier (or even before the end of the meal), I would have asked if I had a side of potato maize instead. Would I? ve even paid extra. I was ready to go, disappointed and hungry. I issued the credit card showing that I was ready for the bill? After all, she came by, took it up and ran it without even giving me the postal code. I'm not one who jumps out when drinking. But I just left 15%. Your service was far less worth than that. This bad visit won? I love their regular menu, the ambience is great, and the service is usually excellent. I'll steer her department when I go back. I'm really insulted about the lack of service she gave us, and somehow sad that my guys I don't get to enjoy our Thanksgiving."

"very pleasant 50s-60s American motorlodge ambiente around her pool table, with table heatings very nice radiant heat during a somewhat cool midday in san bruno. the only negatiw during our meal was a somewhat delayed service contact; once that was corrected everything ran smoothly. eating was very good. I had the boss omelette, which was excellent and remarkable because it was not fat and swimming in buttery oils, which were usually in middle restaurants. everyone was pleasant and eating was relaxed and quiet. I want to come back if possible."

"Restaurant no longer member of the Open Table so restaurant was not notified by the reservation I made through your website. While the staff tried to press us, we got a table in the bar door. The people who came to the bar pushed into our chairs and it was too loud. We went without order. very disappointing! This low rating applies both to OpenTable and to updating your website."

"Appetizers were oilygreasy ordered the buffalo cauliflower and green beans. Then we sat a long time waiting for two salads. Our server never checked on us, and didn’t clear our dirty food plates. He never informed us that the kitchen was backed up. After a long wait, my wife got up to find our server. She asked if our salad orders had been filled in the kitchen and our server then told her the chef was “swamped”. It was the first time we were told the kitchen was running behind. We canceled the salads and left with greasy film in our mouths from the cauliflower and our stomachs churning from the excess cheap cooking oil. Walked to a restaurant nearby for a quick and delicious meal"

"Was expecting a more elaborate Easter brunch buffet. The variety was a little more than a daily brunch at an upper end hotel restaurant and the heated selections were not kept hot so by the time you were seated, the food was lukewarm. Carver station had only ham, which I don't like no prime rib. The pastry choices were few. Seating area was smaller than average, and as it turned out, we didn't need reservations there were plenty of open tables. For some reason, it was rather dark in the buffet area. Maybe, someone forgot to flip a switch...? The service was great. Most were standing around with not much to do. With 20% tip, the bill was about $105. The food was definitely not worth the ticket. Usually go to Zinfandel Grille in Sac, but they didn't have buffet style this year so took a chance at something new. The food didn't come close to ZG's quality or presentation. Won't be returning."

"Last Saturday night, my wife and I accidentally ended up at El Charro. She had actually intended to go to El Jarro, but we ended up at the wrong Mexican restaurant on the same street. The restaurant was busy, but unfortunately, we were disappointed with our experience. The service was slow due to understaffing, and it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. The waiters were pleasant, but once our food was served, we didn't see them again. The food was mediocre, with a super burrito that had a strange sweet filling, bland refried beans and guacamole, and an enchilada that was mostly sauce. Overall, we were seriously disappointed with our meal and will be more careful about checking the name of a restaurant before going there next time."

"We go to the Turtle Club a lot. We enjoy their Tues $1 buck shuck with friends frequently. Food and service is always good. But tonight they took it to a different level for V-day. A Pri-fix menu with four appetizers, four maid courses and three different desserts gave a wide enough choice. The appetizers were fabulous giving us a preview to the food for the rest of the night. Our skirt steak was very tender and flavorful, grilled veggies very tasty. Desert included a Nutella panini that was amazing. All for a very reasonable price! Great job Turtle Club."
