"It's a fraud! Do not book this ‘experience’. I paid for this event for a birthday surprise and came to a closed restaurant. Lights out and not a single car in the parking lot, but ours. Waited an hour to see if someone would show up. No signs on the door that communicate everything. I am very to understand that “things happen” but if you pay the restaurant for a week just after paying almost $100, standing up, and no one ever answers the phone or sends an email explaining what happened... It's unacceptable. 1 month later.. No refund. So completely embarrassing and a ruined birthday night on 12/22/20."
