"I am so ecstatic that Kale Me Crazy has a location in Colorado. I LOVED this place in Atlanta. It is far but it is so worth the drive!! They offer clean smoothies that are surprisingly very flavorful, healthy meals such as wraps and açaí bowls, and boost shots. My personal favorite is the Grounded smoothie. As a fellow chocolate lover it give me a hint of coffee and chocolate without me feeling guilty afterwards. I'm not a fan of banana so I get it added lightly, but the hint of banana bits adds the sweetness that elevates this smoothie for me. I also really like the pesto chicken wrap; the lettuce is fresh and has a nice bite to it. Customer service is great, and decorations are minimal yet impactful. If this is out of the way, I still recommend the drive. The price point is not bad at all for a clean healthy smoothie bar. 10/10!"

"I visited this location last night at 7:30 pm. Kate( if that is her real name), had the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at this particular location. She did not greet me and barely looked me in my eyes and had a horrible attitude. She had three customers waiting for their orders so maybe she was stressed? I was indecisive so I hoped that gave her time to get caught up. I made fun of my indecisiveness and told her that I hope that it helped her to get caught up. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Not one time did she display a smile or good customer service to any one of the customers waiting. Two customers said thank you to her and walked out of the door discussing her bad attitude. Although she did not display friendly behavior to the customers in the store, I overheard laughter from Kate and the other employee in the back. I finally received my order and honestly I was almost afraid to consume it. My hope is that the owner extends customer service training to this young lady. We all have bad experiences lead to a loss of business. She certainly made me not trust the preparation of my food. I want to feel good about the places that I choose to support. I certainly understand being tired and having a bad day but Kate’s service was unacceptable. Kate: Greet customers with a smile even if you have had a bad day. Maybe it will assist you with getting through a tough moment If a customer is indecisive, provide some recommendations Thank your customer for their patience Thank your customers for their business as they are leaving Never roll your eyes If you don’t like your job, re-evaluate why you are there but don’t make someone else’s experience miserable because you are having a bad day. Re-evaluate why you are in a job that you hate Would you want to eat food prepared by someone who rolls there eyes and have a bad attitude?"

"Tried this place for the first time and I was expecting it to be something extra ordinary. The menu had limited veggie options. We ordered Vegan wrap and breakfast wrap. We asked them to grill both the wraps but they forgot to grill one. They missed it because they were very busy and the irony was that they were only serving us. The only good thing about the place was the location and the interiors. We tried one of the juices and it was ok. Overall I was kind of disappointed with the place and won't be coming back. This is one hell of an expensive breakfast and I don't think so it is worth to spend that kind of money on a mediocre breakfast place."

"they don't waste their money when they're hungry. this is one of these places where people get the wrong idea about vegan eating and think it suck when the options are simply bad. the vegan pack is 98% kale. $10 for a kale wrap and the kale is not even marinated or anything."
