"We went through the drive through and there was a very annoyed customer in front of us. Is did take a while, but she was rather snippy. When we pulled to the order speaker, the person was with us quickly and took the order. It didn't take long for us to get to the window, where the staff seemed talked by the other customer as they were working through the frustration of it, all the while being professional to us. I let them know that they should ignore the outlier and that they were doing a fine job. Especially for it being this late. The food was well prepared and the service more than courteous."
