"Great service and food! Highly recommend. Arrived an hour before opening not knowing they opened at 4 but was still seated and serviced. Which we are highly grateful for. Our waitress, Britney, was also very friendly and amazing. Will visit again when I’m in the area again."

"Perry 's the staff there: Thanks for all the great breakfasts and lunches. I tell my friends about the great food at 'my front porch '. Is there any chance the Southwestern Steak Salad can get back on the menu? The fish tacos are terrific as are the omelettes. On a sunny day the scenery can 't be beat. If you want a special treat, checkout the Beach Buttler. The new firepits look interesting. Will dinner soon be an option?"

"The blueberry muffin is just your standard muffin; it's good but nothing special. It's isn't that big either. The muffins and scones are $4.50+Srry for the horrible pic, it was 40 degrees outside"

"This was great. The cheese pizza is boom. So good. No other things to say besides how great the service was. Parking: There is little spots on Sundays. That's when they are usually packed so I can't really argue with that. Wheelchair accessibility: My stepsister has a wheelchair and boy it was hard for her to access. "Lovely place cozy, beautiful inside and outside, good coffee cookies. Location is awesome just on opposite side of the Prospect Park next to F train (15 Street Prospect Park). Just one concern service is a little bit slow."
