"Hit and miss from this place. Most of the time it's ok, but there was one time that the chicken was raw inside, and now, the biscuit is totally all uncooked dough on the inside. Things happen I get it. I called them and told the lady who answered the phone about it, she told me she will replace it IF I go back TODAY. I tried to tell her if she can just replace it on my next visit, she hung up on me before I can even tell her. I wasn't even going to write a review, but because of the poor customer service that I received.. I decided to write one."
