You place the hot dish bowl on the table. You do not hand it to customers. This can result in the plate hot bowl dropping on the customers. Especially if there are children sitting at the table. Staff seems very careless and lazy. Update: Ordered BBQ chicken spring rolls, appeared they ran out of vermicelli. Addressed this with the server who claims spring rolls done come with vermicelli???? Lol Wish I held on long enough to take a photo of the dish... Clearly missing the fact I am Asian who has been to several Pho restaurants. Server than comes back and says they ran out of vermicelli.
