"This place gets crowded. Was hoping they'd take bigger real estate across the street but it's understandable that they're comfortable where they are. Very popular place. Staff is extremely nice. Waitress Teyana was a pleasure. It was my son's birthday and she gathered the staff and they sang happy birthday to him. Great place. Tastefulfood. Free parking and there's extra parking a bit further down road. Ask if you need parking."

"They play the most depressing songs and I haven’t even orders yet. Two ladies walk off they’re table and one said under her breath “ my burger sucks”. Well I’m not going to take her experience under consideration of course. I’ve got to try the product myself. I believe in hope. Milkshake just came in. It’s good. Omg why do they play these “not the right setting for these sad emotional musics”. Now monster burger came in. Had mine medium. It was ok. Couldn’t finish eating because the songs they’re playing makes the food taste depressing. This ihop is for sure stater kit. Waiter is cool though but that’s just about it. I don’t know if it’s like that all the time with this musical ambiance that sad people look for after breaking up with they’re love or someone who just so depressed and want to eat alone with they’re sorrows. I guess."

"The staff was great! Couldn't have been better? Very polite. I wanted to try, and there is not one in our city, so we decided to drive about 30-35 miles to try. Anyway, we came and had put our mouth on a burrito, but they informed us that it would wait about 20 minutes because they were from tortillas and had to send someone to get something. We said we were waiting. After 20-30 minutes waiting and no tortillas yet, the manager came to us and gave us some vouchers for our next visit (buy 1 get 1 free) and told us when the tortillas arrive that we receive our meals for today free. Food was great! And even came to ask us how our meal was. Definitely worth waiting and great experience. Back!"

"Great place to eat. Breakfast. Great service and excellent food. Approved with lots of food. Our server. I think her name is Alicia was so nice. iHOP is lucky to represent her business. I'd hire her in a heartbeat. As far as Covid is related. Very safe place to eat. Hand-sanitaries everywhere. The staff wore their masks. When we came in, we were better and they asked us if we wanted silverware or plastic. This is the first time a restaurant asked me this question. Excellent idea. Overall, great place to eat. Would definitely go back."

"Eat is good, nothing special, but definitable and tasty. the packaging is fantastic. I always order a side of hash browns because what they give with breakfast is a very small part. several breakfast orders and always tiny portion hash browns. if my eating came with normal part of hash browns, I would give more stars, but that is consistent. the hash browns should be portion size according to the order. omelette hash browns, but they get an omelette with maybe 2 bites hash browns it is ridiculous. as I said, several orders and always a problem."

"this place is absolutely terrible treated very badly from our server ordered coffee waited almost 30 minutes and was then said it was not available because their machine did not work even though we could see that our server did not even try to use the machine and was just talking and flirting with a girl at the coffee bare all the time he finally passed our order for eating that was almost 40 minutes after we had come there and ordered it was not so many better places in the opposite with good service and great eating!"

"I visited for the first time recently from the UK. I was staying in a hotel nearby therefore it was convenient. My sister and I ate breakfast here several times. You certainly pay for your so-called 'free ' refills however regarding breakfast juice. Service was always good and plenty of choice on the menu. I actually preferred food here in the evening, and had a really nice patty melt."

"Place was full and the staff clearly didn’t manage to provide, Took them 30 mins for a two-people breakfast.The normal eggs, bacon and hash browns were actually fantastic.I ordered a omelette dish called “spicy poblano”, which was THE absolute most disgusting omelette dish or even breakfast I had in my life. Staffed with cheese, super soggy and flavorless, random beef bits which didn’t compliment the dish at all and some sorry vegetable pieces that were soggy and oily. FIX YOUR OMELETTES!!!?"

"The IHOP in Missoula, Montana is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The service was absolutely disgusting. I felt like a frog as they repeatedly got my order wrong, including putting butter on my toast even though I specifically asked for no butter. It was impossible to even get a glass of water. The waiter seemed completely out of it and couldn't even take a proper order. The omelets were burnt and I was charged $3 for a measly four pieces of avocado. I also paid extra for ham, but only got eight tiny pieces that seemed like they were leftover from the night before. I ended up spending $20 and didn't even get a cup of coffee. The omelet I ordered was so overcooked that it could have been used as a football. I consider myself a good cook, and I would never serve the low-quality food they served me to anyone, not even a stray dog. The couple next to me also complained about the terrible service and refused to leave a tip. Save your money and go somewhere else for pancakes."
