"Sisig has been a mainstay Filipino restaurant dish for many years now. Traditionally, finely chopped parts of a pig 's face, ears, and belly are mixed with other variety meats (chicken liver a popular choice). This is then seared on a hot pan and seasoned with calamansi (citrus), onions, and chili peppers. Great tasting dish that goes well with beer. The version here is a good fast food interpretation. I would definitely come back here."
