"I have visited this restaurant several times in the past and loved it. This experience was very disappointing and has likely changed our mind about visiting this restaurant again in the future. Our server was nice but inexperienced (didn't seem to notice empty glasses, I had to ask for everything we needed, things like that, but we eventually got it and he was pleasant). Other tables seemed to be getting more attention than us. Not all menu items were available even though we were one of the first tables and the menus were just printed for that service. My childrens' meals were overpriced and terrible. It's hard to mess up chicken tenders, but they were very bland and dry. The pasta portion of my husband's dish was overly salty and his chicken parm wasn't crispy. If I'm paying that amount for chicken parm, it should be perfect and this was anything but. I was hoping for a nice fine dining experience and instead I felt ripped off and felt like we would have had a better experience at almost any other restaurant in town. I doubt we will return to this restaurant again."
