"It was a difficult decision to make about what was worse at this restaurant: the service or the food. Our server, a young woman, had an attitude and lacked finesse when placing or arranging our dishes on the table. Attitude, really?? This was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. The lobster signature maki roll we started with was overloaded with ingredients, making it difficult to eat. The classic maki we ordered was tasteless and the smoked salmon pieces were mediocre. We also tried a tempura combination that was tasteless, over battered, and the asparagus was impossible to bite into. I have never written a negative review before, but this experience was so unpleasant that I felt compelled to do so. Fortunately, the evening was saved when we went to Bistro Campagne afterwards for a delicious dessert in their beautiful outdoor patio, where we were able to laugh about our terrible meal at Raisu."
