"When we arrived, the host was not at the host station and it was not busy (only 4 tables when we arrived). She then walked by and greeted us, but did not ask if we were dining in or tell us to please wait. There was a sign that asked us to wait to be seated. We weren’t sure that was the host, so we continued to wait. She returned 5 minutes later, right after another table walked in to be sat. She sat them before us and when she came back she offered to seat us. This should have been our warning sign to go elsewhere, but we are generally patient people. Our server took 5 minutes to greet us and then after ordering the drinks, took 5 minutes to present them to us. We were catching up, so we weren’t too upset yet. Ordering our food took quite a while, she disappeared for about 10 minutes after bringing our drinks. We did the endless appetizers. The first set took about 15 minutes to come out (I remind you.. only 5 tables now in restaurant). After we completed our first round, she made eye contact with us, but did not come to the table or offer a refill. We sat there for a few minutes without a drink or food. She came back and we ordered a drink and appetizer refill. She didn’t bring our drinks until our appetizers were done (and they were wrong and took 10 minutes). We were going to order another refill right away but just did not want to be there anymore. When it came time to pay, she disappeared for a while. We were at the restaurant from 645p-930p for appetizers, drinks, and a dessert. Horrible experience."
