"Sahara has been there for at least 25 years when I first moved to Colorado and it still remains one of my favorite restaurants! I didn't find another restaurant that prepared a better humus or fattosh! My favorite dish is lamb and I was disappointed NIE with his preparation."

"we stopped by ordering drinks. the manhattan and martini were so good that we had started (cheese plate and sambousa.) that was so good that we have a lamb-shawarma plate that was so incredibly soft and well seasoned. the homemade pita is served hot with exactly the right amount of crabs. server and owners were so friendly and attentive, and they welcomed their regular customers with names. the interieur is a converted older home that makes the ambiente truly unique. this is a place where we return and try every item on the menu!"
