"Stayed 3 night for work in the middle of the 110F heat wave. This was a great place to stay cool between the pool and the well AC’d room. Room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities one could want.I did have a problem with the front desk at night not being able to find a package for me, but luckily the moment desk clerk was able to find it super fast.Breakfast is not included $16) and operates out of Burger Theory which is attached to the back end of the hotel complex.Nearby activities: Quick access to the freeway system with Tempe and downtown Phoenix about equidistant awaySafety: Area seems safe.
