"Unfortunately, I think they really missed the sign for Mother's Day Brunch. We arrived at 10 a.m. for our reservation and they didn't let us in because they were not ready. It was about 45 degrees outside and rainy. So we waited 5-10 minutes and they let us go in. It was very cold inside (so cold that my daughters turned nose red and we were all uncomfortable in long trousers, long sleeves and coats). I notice that the weather was not pleasant, but it was predicted to be cold and rainy well in advance, so I would think they would have provided heating or some kind of warmth. My mimosa was served in a regular juice glass and I'm unsafe, there was a champagne in it. In any case, it does not have the “rock candy swirl stick” as described on the menu. So I paid $10 for juice. The food was terrible. Not seasoned and cold. The “primary nativity” was cut as if it were roast beef. Shades of meat. No salt. I am appalled that guests are well allowed to use the buffet as we are still good in a global pandemic. Some of the younger servers seemed to be confused and ran all the ways, almost crashed into me every time I went to the buffet. I'll say our server was very friendly. At about $50 per person I expected a lot better. I was completely disappointed, frozen and hungry."
