"Horrible experience here as I stopped by to pick up an order to go. The black lady was friendly and asked the name. I waited patiently for 15 min as a half dozen people came, had their sandwiches made and left. I was just me standing there again waiting for just a couple of sandwiches. I tried asking the short white stocky gal about my order and was just ignored. I raised my voice to get her attention again and different lady came out with a clipboard who appeared to be the manager. She said ?Can I help you??? I told her was not to happy about the way I was treated and waiting forever for a small order? also I?m about to just leave, and she said ?Well Just Leave Then!!? Fine?. I?ll never be back to any Brueger?s Bagels Ever Again ????????"

"I love Bruegger's Bagels. It is the best bagel in Southern California. I've been to many and I keep coming back to these locations. The bagels are the right consistency. I enjoy the egg, ham and cheese breakfast sandwich. I also enjoy a good toasted bagel with cream cheese. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and hardworking and the place to be clean and welcoming. The San Diego location was no different. The coffee is strong and tasty."

"I stopped in shortly after 7 am after working overnight for a coffee ?? and breakfast bagel sandwich. I love their coffee. I got the everything bagel with egg, bacon and cheese, my favorite. It always tastes great! There were about 6 people in line, but it moved quickly. The staff was doing a very good job of keeping things moving."

"I recommend you avoid this place and visit another location. Dirty restaurant the place is not clean. The counters, tables and chairs were all dirty/sticky and hadn't been cleaned in a while. Bad service the service was terrible. There were 2people in line in front of us and there were 4 people working and they couldn't care less about the customers in line. Theymessed up the 2 orders before ours and guess what, they didn't toast our bagels messing up our order as well. We paid $15 for 2cold bagels with cream cheese and not even what we ordered. Bad parking lot the parking lot is small and shared withStarbucks so good luck finding a spot. Also there was a homeless person hanging out in front of the store agressivelyapproaching customers for spare change. I recommend you avoid this spot and visit another location."

"This is a great place to stop and grab a bagel for breakfast or lunch. Bagels are a great snack and it is good fast foof. This store is always clean And I like the employees, they are always friendly and helpful. I stop here about once a month and get a bagel. I would highly recommend this bagel shop to anyone."
