"THIS IS IT AINT IT ANYMORE! THIS USE TO BE THE BEST ONE, BUT NOT ANYMORE! THE QUALITY HAS WENT DOWN JUST LIKE THE OTHER ONES! I TREATED A FRIEND YESTERDAY THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD PLUS THE CORN MUFFINS ? WAS TERRIBLE! THE FLOOR WAS VERY STICKY AS I WALKED AROUND! THE BATHROOM WAS IN DISREPAIR NEEDED TOILET PAPER! IT WAS JUST SAD! THE PRICES DONT MATCH THE QUALITY! I AM DONE WITH ALL THIS IS IT LOCATIONS! NO MORE QUALITY!"

"I visited for the 1st time today at the new Beverly location. The staff was really friendly and I really like the atmosphere. The owner is a really nice lady as well. As being a new location and trying to find a balance with providing for customers, please give yourself some ample time in getting your order, especially around lunch time. I ordered 2 different wraps and The food was great! Great service! I will be back to visit again soon."
