"Every time we come into town we usually have to eat at Great American on George Dieter. Home town favorite we miss. It?s usually very good and a restaurant we enjoy eating at. However, we decided to order pick up. That was a major mistake. First it took over an hour to get the food from the time we placed the order over the phone till they actually handed me the food. Mind you this was a Thursday evening, not Friday, and not a busy Saturday night. How disappointing. Second, have you all ever tasted burnt baked potato? Well that?s basically what 3 members of my family received. Not sure who was manning the spuds here but a clear miss. Don?t get me started on the steak fries, the complete opposite way under cooked. The other food was meh. It pains me to score it this way but no choice. Great American management need to be aware and pay attention to details like they used with ?Great? customer service and exceptional food of the past. Hope this is a one off. Probably will take a break next time we are in town."
