"Have had 3 horrible experiences with this JJ 's. Will never support this business again. Store is constantly out of bread, or serves old hard/stale bread, or they are out of paper to wrap sandwiches and say they cannot complete you order until another employee gets back from another store over 30 minutes away with paper/wrap. Have heard every excuse imaginable. we will credit you and it will be under your phone number when you order the next time .... this never happens. we will give you a free sandwich card .... they give you an expired voucher. I don 't look for them to be in business long at this rate."

"if I could give negatiw, I would. I was on Saturday 24th september. I had ordered for picking up and one of my things was the fresh bread. When I arrived there, I was not greeted as with everyone I am used to with jimmy johns. an article I ordered was not at my order. a young lady came by and asked if she could help me. I showed her my reception and said what was missing....fresh brot. she then turned to em and asked what she should do. em gave a job while loud said that she should give it to me, but after that nobody else. I have heard and experienced this together with 3 other customers. I have reached jimmy johns on the company website about this problem. they sent it directly into the load. em, whose real name was emily and the manager reacted by defending her ground for such behavior, because she had ceased to bake brot since midnight. she then went on to say that she had no opportunity to tell customers about articles with her orders until they came in. (on each order a telephone number is required. emily apologised for my confusion. first, bake brot for this long not apologise the posture. second, a telephone number is required on each order. she would have called me a good or something for the inconvenience and explained and offered. the apologies for my confusion. about a customer like dirt. I hope the owner sees this and is the same owner from 2006. he would not glorify this kind of behavior or treatment of his customers."

"Overall it was great. I was going camping with my son and we wanted a big sandwich, a cookie, and some chips, half now half for dinner. Anyway, some of the service was a little coarse with some questions we had, but mostly very friendly and fast. And of course, absolutely delicious food, for lunch and even again for a campfire dinner! All the drive-thru JJ's were closed on Sundays, so this was a minor inconvenience to park and wait in line, etc. But the service was really fast and didn't set us back more than a couple minutes. Great place, great food, and great experience overall. Highly recommend it."

"Associates always seem to care less about serving each of my 3 visits to this location. But what prompted this review was the health violation committed by the assoi0ciate named Jupi3ter. I witnessed him gqrab aynd move a trh7hash can while looking for an item, then continue to make sandwiches with the same gloves on. I picked up my sandwich and immediately threw it away to avoid any food born illness. I avoided confrontation, however, I feel the associates working today could care less."

"Jimmy John's is our favorite place, but it's unfortunate that they close at 5 PM. We usually plan our visits accordingly because my 6-year-old loves JJ's. The other day, we hurried to the restaurant to arrive before closing, hoping to grab some subs and head to the beach. I got there at 4:45 PM only to find two employees cleaning up and telling me they were closed. I pointed out that it wasn't 5 PM yet, but they explained that the delivery driver needed to leave early, so they were shutting down. It didn't seem fair; they could have stayed open for customers who were already there. I felt frustrated, especially having to tell my son that we could no longer get his favorite dinner. I mentioned their hours were inconvenient, and one of the employees suggested I could speak to someone higher up if I wanted them to stay open longer. I understand that many places are short-staffed, but I thought they could have managed to keep the door open for just 15 more minutes. Afterward, we went to Jersey Mike's, where the staff was friendly and welcoming. My son ended up enjoying his meal there after being upset about missing his Jimmy John’s. I guess we’ll be going to Jersey Mike's from now on."

"Something else. It's another chain sandwich shop, but it's something else. The only thing that really differentiates from other sandwich shops is the unwich they wrap their sandwich ingredients in salad instead of putting everything on bread. It's creepy, but it's gluten-free. The ingredients taste fresh, and the place is clean. The Italian sandwiches are good. I recommend if you don't want a subway or quizno, but still want a quick sandwich."

"I just dropped $45 on sandwich fortifications at hyvee because jj general manager told me it was impossible (that's right, people. it seems to be pushing against the laws of thermodynamics! to make an Italian sandwich wrap. company that explains it is an inventory question to ensure the delivery of 'limited time' elements. all managers had to invert me for 2 sandwiches, a limited and a regular, and obviously also the laws of thermodynamics to use a 's fantasy and do their job well. super lame company bootlicking experience."

"My wife and I love Jimmy Johns and this one is closest to us. We never had a problem with food or service until I recently got a sandwich with the wrong bread. The manager replaced the sandwich and delivered it to me even though I had ordered in the store. This is great service."

"as good as jimmy johns can be but the men in the back really aren’t great, they can be heard with wildly inappropriate remarks about customers, being rowdy, even tossing some food at each other! I was FLABBERGASTED when i came into the store, I only got one sandwich and while it was fast and well made, the amount of things i heard and saw from only about 20 mins in the store. I don’t know what you need to do and what trainings need to happen but they need to happen NOW and FAST or someone needs to be fired. Absolutely disgusting."

"Every time I order from here something isn't right on the order. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered two country clubs, added onion, cut in half, specified napkins on both subs. Neither sub was cut, one didn't any have tomato or onion and no napkins in the bag. It doesn't do any good to be fresk fast if the order is not made correctly. If this was a rare occurrence I wouldn't even review it but I stopped ordering some time ago because it was always a pain to not get what you ordered and then have to call and complain or deal with it. I ordered last week and it was spot on except for forgetting to cut it in half. So today I decided to order again and it was a huge miss. If the order isn't accurate how fast you make it doesn't matter.Edit: reduced to one star because I filled out the little thing the corporate rep sent me and was supposed to be contacted by store and they never contacted me."

"Usually they are really pretty fast. I ordered the APP and didn't go smoothly. When I arrived there, only one employee was in front and he tried to fill a catering order, I felt bad for him. "I was just in this location like I normally am. Nothing special, just wanted to grab a bite because I worked through lunch. After I pad for my sandwich the manager was training a new employee. I completely understand it takes a while to get people up to speed. I even understand letting them practice while you have live customers. I have issue when I come to a place solely for their quick service and it take more than 5 to 10 minutes to get the sub when I?ve walked in before and gotten it in literally under 2 minutes. Instead of complaining and whining I just left without my food, left without saying a word. I just wanted to eat. I?m not really angry about the time. It?s that the manager could?ve mentioned in the beginning that ?hey, I?m training a new employee, it may take longer than usual, are you ok with that?? in which case I would?ve told him time is of the essence as I have a meeting in 10 minutes and I?d appreciate it if he made it quickly and let her practice on the customers who had more time. But no. It would be nice if he or the new employee apologized for the time. But they kept ignoring me and talking like the customer didn?t pay for a good and expect it in a timely manner in accordance to the infamous motto of the establishment. My discontent really comes from service industry employees demanded more wages but not on a consistent basis acknowledging/ respecting good/regular patrons; but turning around and kissing the butt of people who make scenes and scream at you. It was only lost but I?m tired of this happening. I guarantee that myself and all 150 ppl at my firm who order regularly from there will not be doing business there again.
