"Made a reservation on OpenTable, called and confirmed the reservation the day of and asked about a corking fee. When we got there they essentially called us alcoholics for carrying a bottle around and told us we didn't have reservations. When I showed them my confirmation email they accused me of lying. The owner called me and said he would give us a free appetizer when we came in but couldn't do it at the time. When I called him back he never picked up the phone or returned my calls."
