"I used to live in Charlestown and ate at figs quite frequently. I went back after years away and was immediately disappointed. There was barely anyone in there and it took the server a while to seat us. He sat us next to a pile of dishes which was odd since there were other seating options. I had to ask for a new wine glass and plate because they were not properly washed and had dried food on them. The new ones weren’t much better. They kept fooling with the lights and it ended up becoming quite dark. It felt and looked unclean. The pizza was good but we skipped dessert and left soon after."
