"First of all, I hate leaving a negative review because I love these pretzels. But I've had it with one rude staffer (may be the owner) who refuses to make fresh batch of pretzels when asked. Other staff members have no issues doing so. I've been to many other locations and never had an issue either. I travel 25 mins away and always order at least 20 pretzels. Anyone who likes pretzels, know there is a big difference between fresh out the oven and stale, sitting under a light. I'll never enter that store when he's working again."
