"I ordered a specific item for lunch at work, but they ran out of chicken thighs and gave me a leg instead without my consent. They instructed me to contact DoorDash for a refund, knowing that DoorDash would not give me one due to previous issues with other restaurants. The appropriate solution would have been to refund me and take back the leg. Despite having a cash register, they claimed they couldn't issue a refund. I also purchased additional fries and a drink in-store, and they could have offered them for free or at a discount to make up for the mistake. I prefer to make decisions about my own food, and am disappointed by their unprofessional behavior. I used to order lunch from this restaurant frequently, but will no longer do so. Additionally, my wife planned to order dinner for our family of 6 from here, but we will be taking our business elsewhere."
