"Last week was my first time using this location i was used to the one on Stacey Rd in Mckinney, but unfortunately, they closed). I could not place my order over the phone which I get, most places will send you to their websites). I have moved from Mckinney to Arlington and every time i get an opportunity to come to the area, I used to call in my order 1 quart) and they would hard freeze it for me and when I get there, I would pay and use my rewards if any. I had forgotten the word hard freeze when I was placing my order so, i put on the instruction that I needed it to be put in the feezer because I was coming from Arlington, it was not. Today I have been trying to place an order as I will be in the area) but i am unable to use my points. I also have not been succesfull at getting anyone to answer the phone even though online it says the store is open). I have tried severally to no avail. Very disappointing"
