"Sometimes the grills suck, but it happens with wear everywhere. I love Brisket and the options for the price plus the dessert on the way out. Shik is my target. I only go to other places when this place is busy or other people prefer. Sometimes their pages aren't as great as I remember, but the meat quality is causing it. It has enough to enjoy my meal. Salad Dressing is Brisket Sauce btw. Get extra for diving. Not all places have brisket sauce. Because the Brisket is my GO TO, it's a deal breaker for me. I feel like the quality of rice papers has fallen, but I can do without being here for the meat. I get my sauces and quality meat."
