"I admit I didn't understand the hype when I tried Portillos the other day. I went back for about two, with some suggestions on the food change of friends and I am a FAN. The Italian beef was dipped, with cheese and pepper was the key. Hot dog was loaded and I am now in love with the cake shake and will probably win 5lbs. Just think about it. Great lunch!"

"I stopped by here in the evening when I was staying near Cumberland. I can't tell you about the deli, but I did get a double scoop of banana pudding ice cream. The service was fast and friendly and the ice cream quite good, with bits of real banana in it. My biggest complaint is that the selection is pretty limited seven flavors, I believe. But if you have a broad palate, you'll find something you like."

"we visit us from minneapolis and that was one of the local places we wanted to look at. really good dogs and excellent riders. great selection at hundetipps. the service was fast. sweet tee was ok-cooked water down. would definitely recommend for eating and fun atmosphere."

"The kitchen is very dirty and the work area is a mess. The food is all free and open without any covers of insects and flies. I am very disappointed that this facility is running under such dirty conditions. If a food inspector should be sent there, they would immediately be shut down with all these violations. Very sad."
