"Frank's Pizza is the best pizza in the tri-state area! This is authentic New York-style pizza. I was surprised that a small town like Waynesboro could have a place with such delicious pizza. It's unbelievably great pizza. No other place can compare. And for some reason, the downtown Frank's Pizza tastes even better. I don't know what they are doing to make this pizza, but the flavor is amazing. Plus, they even serve beer, which is a rare find in a small town pizza place."
