"I had a terrible experience at the restaurant today, which really disappointed me. I ordered a sandwich combo and was surprised to see a $6.50 upcharge for a salad that cost less than the sandwich itself. I have worked in the food service industry since I was 20 years old and have never encountered such rudeness from someone working at a gas station restaurant. The person serving me was extremely unpleasant, and as a result, I will not be returning. They have lost my business. The cashier was nice, but it was not his fault for not informing me about the high upcharge for the side salad. It just doesn't make sense. If I had known about the $6.50 upcharge beforehand, I would have declined the salad."
