"absolutely brilliant place! one of the best and coolest little bbq joints I ever had and I was on 100 bbq joints all over the country. I would give it up to 5 on my list. Mac cheese was phenomenal. mushrooms were phenomenal. brisket was really good. cornbread was good. pickles were good. homemade sauces were all good. they also gave me a free pecan pier ice cream for my birthday, which was absolutely out of this world. service was good. I will be back in any case!"

"I like the feel of the Tosa Smoke Shack... very similar to the downtown Milwaukee location. The service and ambience is great but not excellent but the food is excellent! My family of five had different variations of the combo meals and all the food for each one of us was fantastic, especially the brisket! a little on the expensive side but well worth it and I'll be back."
