"We had a reservation but had to wait a while to get a table by the fireplace. Very noisy so hard for my older mother to hear conversation. Food was ok and decent value. Loved the smaller portions for senior meals. Nice wedge salad. Server was really good. While the website said there was a vegan menu (the reason we went there vs Clare’s or Schulers) it didn’t really exist. There was a vegan burger that worked ok. Suggest you actually develop a vegan menu, would be unique in Battle Creek."

"had a pleasant dinner in the grill. my filet was excellent. our enkel enjoyed a very good grilled cheese sandwich and wonderful fries. only disappointment was that in view of the great gaze we did not realize how fast the sun set and it was black out"

"I wish I could remember our waiter’s name. It was very unique and sounded foreign. Started with and “I”. He was amazing. So sweet. Didn’t rush the meal but was there when you needed him. Gave great recommendations. The service, honestly was not the greatest overall at the resort, but this dinner and lunch the following day more than made up for it"
