"My favorite restaurant. I'm going to San Carlos with my family as long as I remember. The staff is so beautiful and the service is great! I just tried every dish on the menu and I don't understand how people can say it's bad. If you want Mexican food, take it to Rojas. San Carlos is a southwestern restaurant with not so typical Mexican dishes. The owner Lee Jorgenson created the recipes for each dish himself with knowledge of traveling through the southwest and lots of research. I recommend if you are planning to come on a weekend night or if you have a big party of 6 or more that you make a reservation, otherwise it could be a waiting period. One thing to remember is that it is a small restaurant with a small kitchen. In busy nights it will take longer to get meals. I also experienced her catering, it is absolutely wonderful! All in all I love San Carlos and recommend it to anyone who wants a good service and a good food!"
