"First let's clarify this is not a fine dining white table cloth type of establishment... it's laid back and relaxed yet fun and in the summer I know it's going to be a hot spot with how the bar side can open to outside... yet it's also family oriented on the other side. It's a take off of Texas roadhouse meets outback but without the peanuts and remnants all over the place!... I Love this place! TVs all over the place with every sport game/event happening on, music, staff is friendly, a variety of food and its pretty good and priced fair....but the shrimp appetizer and long islands are the best! Anyone can have a bad experience anywhere once in a while. I give it 5 stars!!! Glad it's an addition to this side if town!"

"First time was a wonderful dining experience. For one the cleanliness and friendly smiling staff gave my quite impressive. Then once I ordered my meal,it was fresh, presentation made my mouth water.great portions and affordable,better than the surrounding compensation.Me and family loved the spacious and friendly atmosphere to the music and selections for all sports fans. Management and staff should be very proud. I will greatly become a regular. I can't wait to get back and try the entire menu in the following year.Thank you again.-Sonny"

"This is based of costumer service alone. I walked in during lunch, it was a mad house with workers putting together to go orders. How that place works I have no idea because there was no one helping or signs that say where to order. I wanted a falafel bowl which apparently they dont sell but based of the pictures they do. It was clear they were too busy to want to help me so I wasnt able to actually eat there."

"Food is good but this place is very hit or miss when it comes to actually receiving your order. I’ve never been to the physical location, but I place my orders through Uber eats or Postmates. Half the time I wait for my order only to find out it’s been canceled 30 minutes to an hour later. This has happened on numerous occasions and twice today. If they aren’t taking online orders they need to shut it down during those hours so people can’t place orders, otherwise customers will think their order is coming and spend their whole lunch break waiting for food that will never come. I followed up with a call to see what was going on with my order and they immediately hung up on me. My wife and I order from this place about once a week because we like their chicken wraps, but their service is terrible and misleading. Don’t hang up on customers before they can even finish their sentence. Literally all I said was “Hi is this Black Sheep lodge?” And then I was hung up on. Over the last few months Black Sheep Lodge has randomly been canceling our orders. I’d say it has happened at least 10 times in that span. And our orders are always over $50. That’s at least $500 they’ve missed out on by randomly canceling our orders with no explanation. Not to mention all the time my family and I wasted waiting for our dinner/lunch. Please get it together and fix your ordering system so that people get the orders that they place. This is getting ridiculous."
