"It was a dark and stormy night.....well, not really, but it was somewhat chilly, and we didn't want to walk too far for some dinner! A quick search and up comes a highly rated Indian restaurant by the name of....Rickshaw Bar! We conveniently booked on...Open Table and off we went. The location was accurate on the map software, and the external sign was easy to spot. Upon entry, we were greeted warmly by the hostess and seated right away. Since time was of the essence, this was greatly appreciated. Once seated, we had a few moments to enjoy our surroundings. The first thing that caught my eye were the very cool light fixtures attached to copper piping hanging from the ceiling. Combined with edison style bulbs, the look was very clean. Second was the play of lighting upon the bare natural brick wall. The lights appeared to be perfectly positioned to allow for illumination all the way to the ceiling and a very even illumination across the wall surface itself. Noise levels were not disturbing at all, even though the restaurant was mostly full at the time of our visit. The Food. There isn't a lot to say here. It was fast, hot, delicious. It was perfect. I recommend getting a few naan to complement your rice and main dish. This was a quick visit, with only a few items between the two of us. We will be back, and are looking forward to taking a longer ride at Rickshaw."
